New Delhi, April 11: Disgruntled Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader, Kumar Vishwas, was removed as party’s Rajasthan unit in-charge, earlier today. The move comes ahead of the important Rajasthan Assembly Elections which are slated to be held by the end of this year. It seems that the sacking has not gone down well with Kumar Vishwas.

Kumar Vishwas took to his Twitter account to express his displeasure about the same. Vishwas, at his poetic best, tweeted a short poem which faintly portrays the journey of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal since his ‘Swaraj Movement’ days. Read Kumar Vishwas’ tweet here:

The relations between the two, Vishwas and Kejriwal, hit a rocky patch in the last couple of years. Strong supporters of Arvind Kejriwal in the party have always alleged Kumar Vishwas to collude with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in disguise. Vishwas has always rubbished the allegations and termed them baseless. The move to axe Vishwas will only worsen the relation between the one-time bonhomies. Read Kumar Vishwas’ tweet here:

Whether the move to sack Kumar Vishwas and appoint Deepak Bajpai as his replacement create a stir among party supporters is for time to tell. However, Vishwas’ removal will surely have its repercussions. Rajasthan Elections are slated to take place later this year, and the party will not want the strained relations between Vishwas and Kejriwal to affect AAP’s chances in the state.
