Mumbai, September 17: The Railway Recruitment Cell of the North Central Railway has invited applications from eligible candidates for Apprentice posts. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of RRC NCR at rrcpryj.org. The RRC NCR recruitment drive is being held to fill up 1,679 posts in the organisation. Applicants must note that the last date to apply is October 15.

As per the official notification, applicants must have passed the SSC/Matriculation/10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate. The candidates must also pass ITI in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT recognized by the Government of India. What Is the Selection Process?

To apply for the RRC NCR Apprentice Recruitment 2024, candidates have to pay INR 100 as an application fee. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD and Women applicants have been exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates can pay the application fee using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, etc. Applicants applying for the Apprentice posts will be selected based on the merit list that will be prepared by taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the applicants in both the Matriculation and ITI examinations.

The selection process will give equal weightage to both exams. Following this, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be called for verification of documents or certificates.
