Jaipur, November 29: With just days remaining for the Assembly elections in the state, Rajasthan Congress on Thursday released the election manifesto- Jan Ghoshna Patra. In the manifesto, PCC chief Sachin Pilot-led team promised jobs to youth, free education for women and farm loan waiver, among other things.
Launching the Jan Ghoshna Patra, Sachin Pilot stated the Congress government – if formed – will work for the ailed people and sustainable development of the state. He attacked the BJP-led Vasundhara Raje government and sought an apology for not fulfilling the poll promises made by the saffron front. Among the major poll promises, here are the minutes of the Congress manifesto:
- Waiving agrarian loans of the debt-ridden farmers.
- Free education for girls till 12th. The entire cost for the girl child education will be taken care by the state government.
- Monthly allowances of Rs 3,500 for educated youth in state. Easy loans to start up business.
- Right to health for all.
- Pension for aged-farmers.
- Removal of agrarian technological tools from the ambit to GST, to help ailing farmers.
- Constitute board to solve the litigation involved in the land acquisition.
- Reimbursement for youth appearing for various competition exams in the state.
- Provision for accountability Bill for people seeking NOCs and other documents from the state government.
- Demand based curriculum academic courses for youth for job creation.
