Pune, January 5: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will start the registration for the First Come First Serve (FCFS) lottery 2023. The registration process for the MHADA Pune Board Lottery 2023 will be started by Chief Officer Nitin Mane-Patil today, 5th January at 12 PM and will go on till February 4. Those willing to apply can do so through official website lottery.mhada.gov.in.
MHADA will also start the process of allotment nearly 6000 houses of the Pune Board. This registration process is permanent, and citizens can register at any time. So now, one after the other, the houses of the boards will be drawn. How to Apply For MHADA Lottery 2023:
- Those who wish to apply for MHADA lottery 2023 can log on to the MHADA website at lottery.mhada.gov.in and create their login ID.
- Basic information is required to be filled for creating a login ID.
- Select the scheme in which you want to apply, shortlist their locations.
- Fill information like income group, reservation category (SC/ST/Open) and different quotas.
- Confirm the details and pay the registration fees online through debit/credit card, NEFT/RTGS net banking or by a demand draft.
- The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) can be paid till February 06, 2023.
Those applying can edit their registration till February 4 while online payment can be done from January 6 and will end a month later on February 6. A list of accepted applicants will be released on February 12. The darw for MHADA Pune Board Lottery Result 2023 will be held on February 17. The list of winners will be declared on the same day.
Those willing can register for the future draw of Mumbai, Konkan, Nashik, or any other boards. MHADA officials have appealed to the people to collect the necessary documents and register now.
