Mumbai, August 7: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) is all set to announce a lottery for 2,030 houses in Mumbai. Those who are looking to own affordable homes in the city of dreams can apply for the lottery which will have homes in places such as Vikhroli, Malad, Goregaon, Powai and Wadala. Besides, MHADA will also be offering 3 BHK apartments for people who come under the higher income group (HIG) as the government has planned to sell a few premium homes in Goregaon.

If reports are to be believed, the MHADA lottery 2024 is likely to be announced tomorrow, August 8. This year's MHADA lottery will offer a total of 2,030 homes with the highest number of apartments, 768, offered for the middle income group (MIG) category.
