Madhya Pradesh Horror: Six-Year-Old Dies Six Days After Being Locked Out in Car for Hours

The six-year-old was left locked in a school car for four hours in Hoshangabad district, in MP. It was reported that the boy was a student of Sai International School.

Bhopal, March 26: In an unfortunate incident, on Sunday, a six-year-old boy died due to respiratory complications in the town of Dolariya, in Madhya Pradesh. The boy kept fighting for his life for last six days but eventually passed away.

The six-year-old was left locked in a school car for four hours in Hoshangabad district, in MP. It was reported that the boy was a student of Sai International School.

Naitik Gour, the victim, breathed his last in a Bhopal hospital where he was brought on March 20. The boy was brought to the hospital a day after the terrible incident. He was in an unconscious state when he was brought to the hospital.

School Director Nitin Gour said, “An attendant usually brought the boy to the classroom but that day she forgot to bring him out of the car.” The six-year-old was locked out in Nitin’s car only. Nitin had himself driven Naitik and other teachers on March 19 as the school van was not available.

A farmer by profession, his father Surendra Gour said, “The school authorities killed my son. They left my son in the car for four hours and their negligence killed him. He was unconscious when he was taken out of the car.”

Naitik was rushed to a nearby hospital in Hoshangabad, but the deterioration in his condition saw him shift to the Rainbow Hospital in Bhopal. The victim’s father also said that he was pressurised as the school director was a relative. He added, “I will fight and if the police don’t do anything, I will seek a CBI inquiry.”

Police official at TT Nagar Police Station in Bhopal confirmed that a zero FIR has been filed and the case has been forwarded to the concerned police station. A zero FIR can be filed anywhere by the victim, family, or friends; the FIR then can be transferred to other police station for a probe.
