KVS Recruitment 2018: Vacancies for 5193 Seats, Know How to Apply at kvsangathan.nic.in

The Kendriya Vidyalaya, with 1094 schools under it, is one of the world's largest chain of schools and comes under the Human Resource Development (HRD) of India.

New Delhi, April 11: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has invited applications for 5193 seats. Interested candidates can apply online for the positions. The last date for applying is April 25. The criteria for eligibility for the vacant seats is given below:  The vacancies are for the post of vice principal, PGT, TGT & Head Master among others. The candidates selected will be placed in Tamil Nadu.

The interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of the Kendriya Vidyalaya- www.kvsangathan.nic.in.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan in its notice has said that it will be conducting Limited Departmental Examination for filling up the teaching posts from amongst eligible teachers of KVS. According to the notice, there are posts available for teachers for subjects like Hindi, English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, History, Geography, Economics and Hindi.

Here is how to apply for the post: 1. Visit the official website www.kvsangathan.nic.in.

2. Select the option of “online application” in the given tabs

3. Fill in the details carefully after reading the instructions and the vacancy notification carefully

4. Take a print out of the application form after you have finished applying.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya is one of the world's largest chain of schools and comes under the Human Resource Development. The total number of schools under the Kendriya Vidyalaya (KVS)- a system of central government schools are 1094. There are also three KVS abroad. The stated objective of the KVS is  to cater to the educational needs of the children of transferable Central Government employees including Defence and Para-Military personnel by providing a common programme of education and to initiate and promote experimentation and innovativeness in education in collaboration with other bodies like the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and National Council of Educational Research and Training etc.
