Karnataka Police Recruitment 2019: A total of 240 vacancies for Karnataka Police recruitment has been notified and application process for the same is going on. The online registration commenced on July 15 and will close on August 5.
There are a total of 200 vacancies for the post of police sub- inspector (civil) and 40 vacancies for the post of armed reserve sub- inspector.
The eligibility criteria for applying for the posts requires a candidate to have passed a graduation degree from any UGC recognised University.
The age limit of the candidates for appearing in the PSI Civil Sub Inspector posts is 21-28. Whereas, the age-limit for the Armed Reserve Sub Inspector's Post is 21 to 26 years.
The criteria for the selection makes it mandatory for a candidate to appear for an endurance test and physical efficiency test. There is also a written exam which will be followed by viva/voce. The application fees for the exam is Rs 250 for General/OBC and Rs 100 for SC/ST.
