Karnal, December 14: Voting for the Karnal Municipal Corporation (MC) Elections 2018 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, i.e. December 16. The Karnal Nagar Nigam polls are seen as a crucial test for the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as well as Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) before the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2019. The Election Commission (EC) has released the voters' list online. Here's how you can check your name in the voter list online:

  • Go to the Karnal official website karnal.gov.in

  • Click on the link 'Final Voter List Municipal Corporation Karnal-2018'.

Here, you can see the PDF files of all 20 wards. Click on the PDF with your ward number to see your name along with your photograph in the voter list and take the print of your voter slip.

Along with Karnal, voting will also take place for other Haryana civic bodies including Municipal Committees and Municipalities on December 16. The Karnal Municipal Corporation Poll Results 2018 will be declared on December 19.
