We all know that there are quite a number of factors that separate employees from their bosses at the workplace. None bigger than the number of zeroes in their paychecks.
Well, a recent study by Capitaline says that the average salary of the top senior executives in a company is approximately 243 times higher than the average salary for employees.
While according to the Bloomberg report, it is also suggested that the compensation ratio of the CEO and an average employee in India is the second-highest in the world after the United States.
