Ahmedabad, Jan 17: In what appears to be a major gaffe, visiting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu misspelled Mahatma Gandhi as 'Ghandi' while signing the visitors' diary at the Sabarmati Ashram.
The images going viral on social media show Netanyahu write the following text: "An inspiring visit to the hearth of one of humanity’s great prophets of inspiration – Mahatma Ghandi – Benjamin & Sara Netanyahu – Israel,”
Twitter was quick to ridicule 'Bibi', as Netanyahu is popularly called, for the typo. Here are some prominent reactions:
Mahatma Ghandi is one of humanity’s greatest prophets of inspiration, writes @netanyahu in Sabarmati Ashram’s visitors book. But who is this man “Ghandi”? pic.twitter.com/xI8z1LFOkF

If Israel PM don't know the spelling of Inspiration is somewhat Okay, but misspelling the World's greatest leader Last Name is no less than Blasphemy! !!
Its Gandhi not Ghandi, come out of colonial mindset, ur Jewish not British! !!
