Mumbai, June 5: In the latest development, the Maharashtra government has undertaken a major reshuffle of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. In an order dated June 5, 2018, 11 IAS officers have been transferred. The officers who are transferred, includes Anup Yadav, IAS officer of 2002 batch who has now been posted as Commissioner, tribal Nashik, where as A R kale, IAS officer of 2005 batch will now be the Collector of Jalna.

The following IAS officers are transferred in Maharashtra:

Shri Anup Yadav, IAS (2002) has been posted as Commissioner, Tribal, Nashik.

Shri A.R.Kale, IAS (2005) has been posted as Collector, Jalna

Shri B.G.Pawar, IAS (MH:2006) has been posted as Managing Director, Maharashtra Agro Industries Development Corporation, Mumbai.

Smt.Madhvi Khode-Chaware, IAS (MH:2007) has been posted Director, Textile, Nagpur.

Shri S.K.Diwase, IAS (MH:2009), Collector, Bhandara has been posted as Additional Municipal Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur.

Shri Sanjay Yadav IAS (2009) Additional Tribal Commissioner, Thane has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur

Shri K.B.Phand, IAS (2009) has been posted as Joint Secretary (Labour), Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai.

Shri A.N.Karanjkar, IAS (MH:2009) Managing Director, Maharashtra Agro Industries Development Corporation, Mumbai has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara.

Shri M.M.Suryawanshi, IAS (MH:2010) Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara has been posted as Additional Tribal Commissioner, Thane.

Shri Sanjay Meena, IAS (2011), Director, Textile, Nagpur has been posted as Managing Director, M.S.Co-op. Tribal Development Corporation, Nashik.

Shri Shantanu Goel, IAS (2012) Additional Municipal Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur has been posted as Collector, Bhandara.

The Congress has slammed the Fadnavis Government for the transfer of 11 IAS officers. Maharashtra Congress leader Sachin Sawant termed this transfer as illogical. Sawant through his tweet has lashed out at the state government.

Today’s reshuffle is second in two months. In April this year, the state government had transferred 25 IAS officers. That time also the opposition had lambasted the Fadnavis government for frequent transfers of IAS officers.
