Mumbai, June 25: Heavy rainfall continued to lash Mumbai on Monday causing inconvenience to commuters. Waterlogging has been reported from several areas in the city due to continuous rainfall since Sunday. Train and flight services were also disrupted due to the heavy downpour. On Sunday, the arrival of flights at Mumbai airport was affected due to rains with the main runway closed for flight operations for about 30 minutes.
According to details on Tide Forcast's website, Mumbai is going to witness high tide at 10.43 AM on Monday i.e. June 25, 2018. The tide height would be 4 metres which is about 13.12 ft. The tide chart above shows the height and times of high tide and low tide for Mumbai.

The city saw incessant rains since Sunday with suburban Malad (west) recording the highest amount of rainfall at 110.80 mm. According to Indian Meteorological Department official, the synoptic analysis indicates that the offshore trough at mean sea level runs from south Gujarat coast to Kerala coast.
The official was quoted by PTI saying that a cyclonic circulation lies over south Konkan and its neighbourhood and another cyclonic circulation lies over north Konkan and adjoining south Gujarat.
