Surat, April 18: In a gruesome incident, a man chopped his wife’s body into 11 pieces in Gujarat. According to reports by ANI, the shocking incident took place in Surat. The accused has been identified as Shahnawaz and has been arrested by Police. More details in the case are awaited.

A similar incident of murder was reported from Gujarat earlier this month where a man was beheaded for eloping with ex-employer’s wife. As per reports by TOI, the man was 20-years old who hailed from Dolariya village of Chhota Udepur. Reports inform that the man’s body was dug out from the ravines on the outskirts of the village.

Earlier this week, 10 people were killed and over 15 were injured after a tractor-trailer and a luxury bus collided head-on near Bhachau town. The town is located in Kutch district in Gujarat. This is the third major road accident in Saurashtra-Kutch region.
