Gujarat Accident: Seven People of a Family Killed After Car Collides With a Tanker in Chhota Udaipur's Rangpur

Ahmedabad, May 9: In a deadly accident, at least seven people of a family were killed in a road accident in Gujarat on Wednesday morning. According to a recent tweet by news agency ANI, the horrific accident took place after the car, in which the family was travelling collided with a tanker in the early hours on Wednesday.
Initial reports inform that the incident took place in Chhota Udaipur's Rangpur in Gujarat.
Earlier this week, about a dozen people were injured in a similar road accident and were rushed to the hospital. Officials informed that as many as 28 people, most of them women and children, were killed when a truck fell into a drain in Gujarat's Bhavnagar district. Reports inform that rescue teams used cranes to lift the victims while fire brigade too helped with rescue operations.
In April, about ten people, including seven women and a minor boy, were killed after their tractor was hit by a bus near Shikra village in the state’s Kutch district. According to a PTI report, an official of the Bhachau police station said the tractor was ferrying 25 people, all from the same family, proceeding to a marriage ceremony from Shikra to Vij Pasar village, when a luxury bus rammed into it early morning.
