Mumbai, August 27: On the auspicious occasion of Krishna Janmashtami 2024, Mumbai's City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) launched its new housing scheme offering 902 flat units for sale in multiple housing complexes of Mumbai. The CIDCO Lottery 2024 offer has some flats reserved for the weaker economic groups as well.

After CIDCO's Mass Housing Lottery Scheme 2024, wherein 3,000 housing units were up for sale, the new scheme of CIDCO Lottery 2024 offers 902 flats for sale in total. Out of 902, a portion is set aside for different groups, with 38 flats being reserved for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and 359 for the low-income group (LIG), 128 for the medium-income group (MIG) and 160 for the high-income group (HIG). A total of 175 units are available for the general public. CIDCO Lottery 2024: Details of Housing Units on Sale

The flats offered in CIDCO's housing scheme will be immediately available for possession. These flats are located mostly in Navi Mumbai in the localities of Kalamboli, Kharghar and Ghansoli. There are around 689 flats in CIDCO's Valleyshilp, Swapnapurti and Vastuvihar-Celebration housing complexes at Kharghar. In the CIDCO Lottery 2024, the flats in Swapnapurti complex are priced from around INR 37 lakh, in Vastuvihar-Celebration complex from around INR 66 lakh and in Valleyshilp complex from around INR 1 crore. The apartments are located near important upcoming projects like the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) and offer close proximity to major roads, railways and metro stations.
