Mumbai, October 14:  Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has launched CIDCO's mass housing scheme, offering 26,502 homes in Navi Mumbai. Registration for the scheme began on October 12, with applicants able to sign up for CIDCO lottery 2024 through the CIDCO website. Homebuyers can choose their preferred floor, flat, and location as part of this effort to address the growing demand for affordable housing.

This CIDCO housing scheme is unique, offering homes near railway stations for easy commuting—a first for the organization. Unlike previous lotteries, winners can now choose their preferred homes. Available in areas like Vashi, Taloja, Kharghar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Ulwe, these locations are close to both commercial centres and rail links, making them highly appealing for daily commuters. Latest Government Jobs Notifications: Territorial Army Invites Applications for 184 Soldier, Junior Commissioned Officer and Other Posts, Check Eligibility and Recruitment Process Here.
