Bihar, May 24: JDU state general secretary and spokesman Pragati Mehta's wife Khushboo Kumari was found hanging from a ceiling fan today. No suicide note has been found.According to a PTI report, her husband was sleeping in a hall, adjacent to the room, where Kumari was sleeping, and where her dead body was found. After the post mortem was done, her body has been handed over to her family members.

There are other contradictory reports which says that both the husband and wife had their dinner together, and also slept in the same room at night. Mehta realised only in the morning that his wife was hanging from the ceiling.

Further investigation is on to find, what prompted her to take such an extreme step.
