Arjun Rampal’s brother in law Amit Gill’s name has popped on a molestation case. The person allegedly molested an airhostess and threatened to leak her nude pictures taken after sedating her drinks. The FIR was lodged on March 29 in Mumbai. According to India Today, a common friend whointroduced them, stated that Gill met the airhostess in a 5 star hotel. She also revealed that he boasted of having contacts in intelligence agents from agencies of various countries. Gill also promised her to help retrieve 5 lakhs from a person from Dubai.

"The victim said that she was shocked to find out that those were her nude pictures. She suspects that when the victim had been to the accused's residence, he spiked her drinks and she lost conscience after which he molested her and shot her pictures," said a senior police officer from Santacruz police station. The sections applied against Gill are 328, (causing hurt by means of poison), 354 (sexual harassment), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.

Gill was earlier also accused of allegedly betting money on the recently concluded India vs Sri Lanka cricket series. He was suspected to have placed bets to the tune of Rs 15 lakh on the cricket series.
