The board officials have announced the West Bengal WBCHSE merit list 2019, toppers’ name and overall statistics at a press conference. According to the officials, Rajashree Barman & Shobhan Mondal became the top scorer sharing the first rank jointly scoring 498 marks (99.6%). This year, the passing percentage stood at 87.44%. 1st Rank- Shobhan Mondal and Rajashree Barman (Science) jointly scored 498 marks (99.6%)
2nd Rank- Shanjukta Bose, Tanmoy Mikab, Sattyam Nath, Sarnadip Saha, Ritam Nath, Mohammad Masum Aktar, Anatap Mitra, jointly scored 496 marks (99.2%)
3rd Rank- Bornali Ghosh, Shupriya Sheal, Mrinmoy Mondol, Supriya Singh jointly scored 494 marks (98.8%)
4th Rank- Rakesh Dey (Arts), Mohakash, Shraban Jana, Adrija Sen, Shreyashree Sarkar, Kamal Das jointly scored 492 marks (98.4%)
5th Rank- Abhijeet Sahu, Ratnadip Sen, Saurabh Kabori, Trithyaraj Roy, Shrishsendu Ghose, Suryatapa Basu, Sagar Sarkar, Pratya Dey, Arka Das, Pallab Ghosh jointly scoring 491 marks, (98.2%)
WBCHSE 12th board examinations 2019 were held from February 26 and continued till March 13. The practical exams were again conducted from March 15 to March 30 at various examination centres in West Bengal. Reportedly, more than 8 lakh candidates had appeared for the WB Uchcha Madhyamik 12th result 2019, in the arts, science and commerce stream combined.
