The West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (WEBSCTE) is ready to announce Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic (JEXPO) and VOCLET exam results tomorrow, June 1. Once declared, applicants can check their scores online from the official website; wbscte.co.in. The JEXPO 2018 examinations were conducted on 29 April whereas, candidates gave the VOLCET 2018 exams on May 6 at various centres in the state of West Bengal. Earlier reports were speculating that the results for both the examinations to be out on May 18. As most of the high schools and colleges began their admission procedure, candidates were tensed as they eagerly wait for the results.

On May 31, the WBSCTE has released a notification stating the results for both JEXPO and VOCLET  2018 will be published on June 1. The council further notified that soon after the announcement, the merit list will be in their official website and also in other third-party websites such as exametc.com, indiaresults.com, examresults.net, results.shiksha. Candidates also have the option to check their JEXPO and VOCLET results through SMS for which they need to pre-register their Enrolment number and mobile number with exametc.com.

To know the results for JEXPO; candidates must send SMS as “JEXPO<space>Enrolment No. to 56070. On the other hand, for VOCLET, send SMS as “VOCLET<space>Enrolment No. to 56070. Smart phone users can view and download the results from the Android Mobile App which is available on Google Play Store typing; WBSCTE Results 2018.

Candidates seeking admission to first year classes for diploma courses in engineering and technology sits for the exam of JEXPO and on the other hand, students who wants to take admission to second year classes sit for VOCLET. To get an admission in JEXPO, an aspirant must complete class 10th exams from a recognized board. Those who have cleared class 12 exams are qualified to sit for VOCLET entrance exams.
