WBSCTE Declared 1st, 3rd & 5th Semesters Exam Results 2018 Online Today at webscte.co.in
The students can now check their 1st, 3rd and 5th semester results now online, the exams of which were conducted in December 2017.
The West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) has declared the results for Diploma courses in engineering/technology on May 3, 2018, on their official website; webscte.co.in. The students can now check their 1st, 3rd and 5th semester results now online, the exams of which were conducted in December 2017. The total number of students appeared in the WBSCTE 1st, 3rd and 5th semester are 80,048 out of which 68,879 have successfully cleared the exam. Due to huge traffic, the official website may run slow. Hence for the convenience of the students, other third-party portals have hosted the semester exam results. They can check their scores by visiting examresults.net, indiaresults.com, exametc.com.
The official notification further suggests that the eligibility CD to fill up the examination forms are also available now on the official website of WBSCTE. It is recommended to go through the notification carefully before beginning with the procedure. Here are the quick steps to check your WBSCTE 2018 1st, 3rd and 5th semester results:
1. Visit the official website, webscte.co.in.
2. Click the link that states—Results.
3. You will be directed to a new page.
4. A link stating—Result of Diploma in Engineering & Technology (1st, 3rd & 5th Semesters) examination held in December 2017 will be flashed on the screen. Click that.
5. Enter your roll number, click submit.
6. Your WBSCTE 2018 result will be displayed on the computer screen.
7. Download and take a print out of the same for future references.
It is important to note that the online scorecard is only for first-hand information purpose. The students will be provided with the original marksheets only after the receipt of the filled eligibility CD for June 2018. The total number of students who could not clear the semester exams is 1,951. Again, the total number of students with backlogs are 4731.
