WBJEE Results Declared! Check & Download West Bengal JEE Rank Card from wbjeeb.nic.in

As the results are declared; participating institutes of WBJEE will now release their respective merit list for further procedures that includes counselling and seat allotment.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam Board (WBJEEB) today declared their JEE 2018 results on their official website; wbjeeb.nic.in. Students can download their rank card as the link on the home page has been activated from 4:00 pm onwards. The WBJEE was conducted at various centres in West Bengal on April 22 in two shifts. WBJEE 2018 paper 1 was in first shift that began from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and paper 2 was from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. As the results are declared; participating institutes of WBJEE will now release their respective merit list for further procedures that includes counselling and seat allotment.

It has been reported that around 1.27 lakh candidates have appeared in WBJEE 2018 examination that was organized offline in the month of May. Comprising both the paper the examination was held for 4 hours and question paper had objective-type questions that contained questions from Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. The maximum portion of the question paper compiled questions from Math (75 questions); whereas, Chemistry and Physics had 40 questions each. The students who have successfully cleared the WBJEE 2018 exam can pursue their desiring courses such as engineering, architecture and pharmacy in reputed colleges, universities and private institutes in the State of West Bengal. It is important for all the students to download their scorecard and take a print out of the same for future references. Once downloaded, the candidates are recommended to carefully check all the details mentioned in their WBJEE 2018 rank card. The pass percentage for WBJEE 2018 have not been announced yet. Last year, out of the total number of candidates, 85 percent of them successfully cleared the exam. Apart from the aspirants of West Bengal, WBJEE 2018 witnessed nearly 40 percent candidates from outside the state.
