After a long wait, the West Bengal students today, got their 10th Madhyamik result 2019. All the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) candidates, can now check their class 10 board examination marks, available online at the official websites; wbse.org, wb.results.nic.in. Sougata Das emerge as topper scoring 694 marks in the WBBSE madhyamik result. The pass percentage this year stood at 86.07%. East Midnapore tops among districts. As per the officials, about 10.66 lakh candidates appeared in the West Bengal WBBSE Madhyamik board exams 2019. The West Bengal class 10 board examinations were conducted from February 21 and continued till February 22, 2019. The board this year, came under major flaw after its Madhyamik exam question papers were leaked on the sixth consecutive examinations starting from day one with Bengali.

  • 9th rank: Joyosh Roy, Anushka Mahapatra, Sougata Panda, Shubhodip Kundu, Prabin Sengupta, Saukarja Biswas, Arunima Tripathi, Abhinandan Jana, Aikik Majhi, jointly scoring 682 marks

  • 10th rank: Sanchari Chakroborty, Sayantika Das, Saudha Hajra, Sathi Kundu, Rima Chaudhury, Soumodip Ghosh, Sayantika Rai, Subhodip Majhi, Shaheli Rai, Debmallyo Saha, Pratasha Majumdar, Ankita Kundu, Soham Das,  jointly scoring 681 marks
