In the latest improvements, the Examination Regulatory Authority of Uttar Pradesh has released the most awaited notification of the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) 2019. Interested candidates can go through the UPTET 2019 notification which is available online at the official website; upbasiceduboard.gov.in. According to the notice, the online application process for UP TET 2019 will begin from November 1. However, the detailed notification for the exam is scheduled to be released by the end of October. UPTET 2019 exam will be conducted in Hindi, English, Sanskrit and Urdu. The examination is conducted to recruit candidates for Primary and Secondary school teachers. UPTET 2019 Application Fees
The application fees for general and OBC candidates is Rs 600, for SC/ ST, the application fee is Rs 400, and for Divyang students, the application fee for UPTET is Rs 100. It should be noted that the application fee for UPTET 2019 can be made through debit or credit card or net banking.
UPTET 2019 Eligibility Criteria
For primary school teacher, a candidate must be a senior secondary pass with a minimum score of 50 percent marks. She must also be a qualifier or appearing in the final year of two years Diploma in Elementary Education or studying or in the final year of B.El.Ed or appearing in the final year of two years Diploma in Elementary Education OR Graduation + B.Ed final year appearing or passed. Again for the upper primary teacher, a candidate must be graduate or appearing in the final year of two years diploma in Elementary Education or appearing in one year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) under NCTE. Students who have passed or appeared in the final year of B.El.Ed OR Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed OR appearing in B.Ed can also apply.
Candidates appearing in the UPTET 2019 must know the above rules before applying for the entrance exam. After the examination, the board will release the answer key on December 26, 2019, through which candidates would be able to tally their performance.
