The Union Public Service Commission has announced the results of the Indian Forest Services (Main) exam 2018. Candidates can check the scores available online at the official website; upsc.gov.in. UPSC has published the list of candidates who have qualified for the next stage Personality Test for selection to the IFS exam Group A. It shall be noted that the IFS personality test is likely to be held from January 28, 2019. The confirmed date would be released by the commission soon. Meanwhile, candidates are advised to keep a tab on the official web portal of UPSC to stay updated with the latest announcements. UPSC IFS Main exam was conducted from December 2 and continued till December 10, 2018. Candidates who have qualified the prelims exam participated in the Mains for the recruitment drive. To check the results, the candidates need to log in the official website of UPSC and click the activated link which has the PDF with qualified candidates’ names. Important Points for Next Stage UPSC IFS 2018 Personality Test
1. UPSC is likely to conduct Personality Test from January 28, 2019, onwards, as per the released notification.
2. The final stage exam will be held in the office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.
3. Qualified candidates will be able to download the e-Summon letter of Personality Test from January 10, 2019.
4. If you are unable to download the e-Summon letter, you are advised to immediately contact the office of the commission through a letter or call them on 011-23385271, 011-23381125, 011-23098543 or fax them on 011-23387310, 011-23384472 or send an email on (skindo-upsc@gov.in).
5. No request for a change in the date and time of the Personality Test intimated to the candidates will be entertained.
Students must note that the mark sheets of the candidates who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result and will remain available on the site for a period of 30 days.
