UPSC Exam 2018: Recruitment Notification Released for Combined Medical Services at upsc.gov.in & upsconline.nic.in

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on May 3 has released the recruitment notification for Combined Medical Services at upsc.gov.in, upsconline.nic.in.

New Delhi, May 3: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on May 3 has released the recruitment notification for Combined Medical Services at upsc.gov.in, upsconline.nic.in. Candidates who wish to apply for the post should visit the official website of UPSC to apply. In order to ensure a post in the UPSC service, candidates must qualify the Combined Medical Services Examination.

The last date to submit the application form for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2018, is May 25. There will be two objective papers under the written examination for Combined Medical Service Exam and will be conducted in Computer-based mode. The total number of seats to be filled is yet not finalized but 454 seats will be filled presently.

UPSC exam 2018:

How to apply for Combined Medical Services Examination, 2018-

1. Students should visit the official website of UPSC at upsconline.nic.in

2. Students are instructed to now click on the link titled ‘ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC’

3. Students should then click on ‘Click Here for PART I’

4. Students should complete the Part 1 of registration by entering all required information in the given space.

5. Students should then move on to the Part 2 of the registration process

6. Students can complete the part 2 registration to complete the process

UPSC exam 2018: Scheme of Examination, Part-I: COMPUTER BASED EXAMINATION – (500 marks)

The candidates will appear for the Computer based examination in two Papers, each Paper carrying a maximum of 250 marks. Each Paper will be of two hours duration and the students will have 120 minutes to solve one paper.

Part-II: Personality Test (100 Marks):

Personality test will carry 100 marks for candidates who qualify on the results of the Computer based examination.
