The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is soon to close the application window for Combined Defence Services 2019 (CDS I). All the interested candidates must hurry up and apply online at the earliest on upsconline.nic.in. UPSC CDS I 2019 Question Paper Pattern
The competitive exam for hiring in the CDS department comprises of written examination and interview for intelligence and personality test. For admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy the students will have to appear in English, General Knowledge and Elementary Mathematics. While for admission to Officers’ Training Academy, the students will sit for English and General Knowledge exams. The maximum marks allotted to the written examination and the interviews will be 300, 300, 300 and 200 each for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy respectively. The papers in all the subjects will consist of objective type questions only.
