Lucknow, April 29: After a month-long wait, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) announced the Class 10th (SSC) 2018 Board Exam results today. Anjali Verma of Brij Behari Sahai Intercollege in Allahabad was the topper in Class 10 with 96.33% marks. Happy about her stellar performance in board exams, Anjali, who is a farmer's daughter, said she was confident of scoring good marks.
"I am very happy to top the exam. I was confident of scoring good marks. Our school teachers helped us to prepare well. I want to become an engineer. My father is a farmer who has always supported me", Anjali said.

The board exams for the tenth (high school) were held in February 2018. A total 36,55,691 number of students in the northern state of India had registered for the exam for the 2017-18 session. Compared to last year, more than 20 lakh more SSC students registered for this session’s 10th Board Examination.
The results for Class X board exam of 2017-18 session will be announced on the official website of UP Board (UPMSP) at upresults.nic.in and upmspresults.up.nic.in. Students can also check their result by visiting the official website mentioned here and also on www.examresults.net/up, keeping their roll-numbers and other details handy. Steps to check the high school results online are mentioned below.
UP board Students of Class 10 can also check the Results for 2018 on Mobile via SMS. The steps to check the SSC results are simple - SMS - UP10<space>SEVEN digits of your Roll No - Send it to 56263.
