UP Board Results 2018: Uttar Pradesh Class 10 & 12 Results to be Out Today at upresults.nic.in

Lucknow, April 29: The Uttar Pradesh Class 10 results will be declared today. The board exams were held in February 2018. A total 36,55,691 number of students in the state had registered for the exam this year. The number of students registered this year for the exam was more than 20 lakhs this year compared to the last year. The result will be announced on the official website of the board exam at upresults.nic.in. Students can also view their results online on examresults.net/up/

Students can check the result by visiting the official website mentioned above. The Uttar Pradesh official website for board exams has notified that the result for class 10 will be declared an hour later after the declaration of UP board class 12 result. Students can check their results on the official website at 1.30 pm if it not delayed and everything goes as planned.

The Uttar Pradesh Intermediate class (12) results will also be announced today. The results are expected to be out at 12.30 pm. Students who had appeared for the exam can check their results on the official website of the board at  upresults.nic.in. The board exam for UP intermediate students this year was held from February 6 to February 14. The number of students who appeared for the exam was more than 29 lakhs for UP Board class 12 exam.

The Uttar Pradesh Board exams this year garnered attention because of the strict measures adopted by the Uttar Pradesh state government. Uttar Pradesh has been notorious for news about copying cases in board exams along with its more infamous counterpart Bihar. In fact, the cheating scam has been so widespread in the state that the entire copying mechanism came to be called as "Exam Cheating Mafia."

A stringent crackdown on the "Exam Mafia" proved in more than 10 lakh students skipping the board exams in Uttar Pradesh this year. However, for all the students who worked hard for the exam throughout the year, it's a big day tomorrow. Students and parents are advised to remain calm as it's possible that they may find it difficult to view or access their results due to high traffic on the official website.
