New Delhi, August 14: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board on Tuesday released the results of UP primary school assistant teacher recruitment examination 2018. The results have been announced on the official website - upbasiceduboard.gov.in. Aspirants who appeared for the examination in the month of May 2018 can check their results online. The exam for the Uttar Pradesh Primary School Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination 2018 was held on May 27 to fill 68,500 teacher posts.

Here’s how you can check UP assistant teacher result 2018 online:

  1. The candidate will have to visit the official website of UP basic education board- upbasiceduboard.gov.in

  2. Click on Assistant teacher recruitment examination 2018 link.

  3. A new page will open in which a candidate is needed to enter the roll number and the security code and click proceed

  4. The results will be displayed on the screen.

  5. Candidates can download the result and take a printout for future reference

Reports inform that a total of 12.57 lakh candidates had registered for the examinations while about 10.78 lakh appeared for the test and 41,556 aspirants cleared the exam. As per reports, only 38 per cent candidates have managed to clear the test which makes more than 26,900 seats still vacant.

In July, the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) 2018 Result was declared official website aptet.apcfss.in.  The test was conducted from June 10 to 19, 2018 for candidates seeking employment opportunities as teachers for Classes 1 to 5 and Classes 6 to 8 in Andhra Pradesh government schools.
