New Delhi, September 7: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam between August 21 and August 23 can now access the answer key, along with the question paper and recorded responses, on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Those who wish to challenge the provisional answer key can submit objections from September 7 to September 9 until 11:50 pm. How to Download the UGC NET Provisional Answer Key 2024

  1. Go to the official UGC NET website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
  2. Click on the link for "UGC NET Answer Key 2024."
  3. Enter the application number and date of birth, then submit the details.
  4. The answer key will be displayed on the screen; download and save it for future reference.

The UGC NET 2024 was conducted in a computer-based format (CBT) from August 21 to September 4 across various centers nationwide. The exam consisted of two-mark questions, with no penalties for incorrect answers.

Meanwhile, the NTA is expected to announce the results for the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research - National Eligibility Test (CSIR NET) June 2024 soon. The CSIR NET, held from July 25 to July 27, saw over 2.25 lakh students registering for five subjects: Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences; Physical Sciences; Life Sciences; Mathematical Sciences; and Chemical Sciences. Results will be available on csirnet.nta.ac.in once released.
