Aspirants of National Eligibility Test (NET) must hurry up as the online registration for December exam is closing on Sunday, September 30. Those who are yet to finish their application process, shall visit the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA); ntanet.nic.in. The University Grants Commission (UGC) NET 2018 is scheduled between December 9 to 23, 2018 for candidates who aspire to qualify for Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellow and Assistant Professor. NTA will receive the applications till 11:50 pm on Sunday. The agency has mentioned further details regarding the exam on the website. CSIR UGC NET 2018 Application Process Begins for JRF & LS; Apply Online Before October 15. 

Although, the application process ends in two days, candidates must take note that they can make the fee payment till October 1 up to 11:50 pm. However, if you are paying through e-challan at selected SBI branches, you must do it by close of the business hours on October 1. After the online registration process, the NTA will publish the admit cards for UGC NET 2018. Only those who have completed the application and fall under the eligibility criteria will get the call letters from the conducting body to appear in the December exam at 91 selected cities across the country. JEE Main 2019 Registration to End on September 30. 

For smooth functioning of the application process, NTA has dedicated two servers on the official website. Click on either ‘Fill Application From—Server 1’ or ‘Fill Application From—Server 2’ which will guide you to the e-counselling link. From this year, NTA will conduct the entrance test and instead of 3 papers, candidates will have to appear in 2 papers—Paper 1 and Paper 2. The UGC NET December 2018 result is expected to be announced on January 10, 2019.
