The Directorate of Government Exams (DGE), Tamil Nadu declared the class 12 Higher Secondary Examination (HSE/ HSC) results today, April 19. The scores will go live anytime soon; students must note that the TN HSE board exam result 2019 can be checked at the official websites; tnresults.nic.in, dge.tn.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in. According to the official release, the pass percentage for TN class 12 board results registered at 91.3%. This year too, girls performed better, by registering a pass percent of 93.64%, as compared to boys who scored 88.57%. Besides, Thirupur district topped the Tamil Nadu HSC board exam result by securing a pass percentage of 95.37%, followed by Erode with 95.23% and Perambalur with 95.15%. CBSE Class 10 Exams Syllabus Rejigged. 

Tamil Nadu DGE conducted the TN Board HSC examinations 2019 from March 1 till March 18, 2019, at various centres across the state. As opposed to last year, when the TN Class 12 results were declared on May 16, this year, the Tamil Nadu board will announce the HSC result 2019 in April, clearly to relieve its candidates early. It shall further be noted that the Tamil Nadu class 12 board exam result 2019 will also be available on the third-party sites such as examresults.net.

How to Check TN HSC Class 12 Board Exam Result 2019?

1. Visit the official websites; tnresults.nic.in, dge.tn.nic.in or dge.tn.gov.in.

2. Look for the link that says TN HSC Result, which will be displayed on the homepage.

3. Click on the link. You will be guided to a new page.

4. Enter your TN roll number as mentioned in class 12 admit card.

5. Your TN HSC Class 12 board exam result 2019 will be displayed on the computer screen.

6. Download and take a print out of the same for future reference.

In 2018, the overall pass percentage for plus two or HSE exam in Tamil Nadu board was 91.1 per cent. Girls performed better in that year by scoring 94.1 per cent as passing marks while boys have registered 87.7 per cent.
