The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination (TN DGE) announced the Supplementary Results 2018 were declared yesterday, July 31 on its official website; dge.tn.nic.in. Students who could not clear the class 10th regular board exams in Tamil Nadu appeared for the supplementary exams held in June 2018. According to the notification released by TN DGE, the provisional mark sheet for the same was published online today at 2:00 pm on the official website. The official website in the morning today was not responding. It was possibly because of an increasing number of candidates visiting the site at a time. As it is released, the candidates will get their TN SSLC 2018 provincial mark sheet for the supplementary exams. The notice updated today morning confirmed that the results and mark sheets would be uploaded only at 2:00 pm. To check, the candidates will have to enter their registration number, date of birth and the code as provided by DGE.
This year, about 10,01,140 students appeared for TN SSLC board exams 2018 in March 2018. The pass percentage stood at 94 per cent in the state. Remaining six per cent of students participated in the supplementary exams in the state and were eagerly waiting for their scores. The number of qualified candidates in this exam has not been revealed by DGE yet. For students who are not satisfied with their scored marks, can also apply for the verification, the link of which will be available on the official website today.
