The SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2018-19 is declared. Candidates can check the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 exam result on the Staff Selection Commission (SSC)’s official website; ssc.nic.in. Qualified candidates will next appear in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam, which is scheduled to be held from September 11 to September 13, 2019. The notification reads, "Based on marks scored in Tier-I Computer Based Examination, candidates have been shortlisted, category-wise, to appear in Tier-II Examination. Separate cut-offs have been fixed for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistical Officer in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (List-2) and all other posts (List-3)." Out of the total number of candidates, 15, 162 have successfully qualified the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam 2018-19.
SSC will conducted the Tier 2 exam for CGL recruitment from September 11 to September 13, 2019. More than 3 lakh aspirants appeared in the first stage exam out of 25 lakh, who registered for the recruitment exam. As the scores are out, qualified candidates are advised to begin their preparation for the CGL Tier 2 exam.
How to Check SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Result?
- Visit the official website; ssc.nic.in.
- Once declared, the commission will update the CGL Tier 1 result 2019 link on the homepage.
- On the window, click on the tab to select you region for CGL Tier 1 exam.
- The login page will open. Enter your credentials including date of birth and registration number.
- Your SSC CGL Tier 1 exam result 2019 will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a print out of the same for future reference.
The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam will be computer based which will include four papers: Paper 1 will be Quantitative Abilities, Paper 2 will be English Language and Comprehension, Paper 3 will be Statistics, and Paper 4 will be General Studies (Finance and Economics). In tier 2, Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3 are compulsory of all posts.
