The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released the admit card date for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), Technician Examination on their official websites; indianrail.gov.in, rrbcdg.gov.in. After much wait, the applicants will receive their hall tickets from August 5, 2018. The first-stage examination for ALP and Technician posts is scheduled to held on August 9. Four days before the recruitment exam, RRB will make the admit cards available online to its candidates. Recently, the Indian Railways activated the online mock test link which helps the students to get an idea about the exam pattern. To practise with it, a student will have to log in with their user id and password set by RRB.
The hall tickets for RRB ALP and technician posts exam, candidates will have to visit the official websites of the board and look for RRB division. A link stating ‘RRB ALP or Technician Admit Card 2018’ will be flashed on the page. To download the same, enter the registration number and password. It is important to note that the admit card is an important document and hence a student must keep a printout ready to carry on the exam day. Those without the hall ticket will be barred to sit for the recruitment exam.
According to the recruitment drive, the first-stage CBT will be of one-hour which will carry 75 multiple-choice based questions. For every incorrect answer, 1/3 of the total mark assigned to that particular question will be deducted. The paper will carry questions of Math, General Knowledge, General Science, Logic and Reasoning and Current Affairs. In an earlier notification, RRB had already published the candidates’ examination city and date intimation who applied in the ALP and Technician posts.
