The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is yet to decide the exam dates for Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC). Four days ahead of the examination, Indian Railways releases the exam admit card. RRB NTPC exam was supposed to be held in September to October, 2019. But it has been delayed, with the Indian Railways being silent over it. RRB NTPC Paper Pattern for CBT I
The mode of exam for CBT I will be computer-based. Students will have to answer 100 multiple-choice based questions which will be divided into three sections. They will get 90 minutes to answer the questions. RRB NTPC Paper I medium of question paper will be English and Hindi. For each correct answer, a student will be awarded one mark, and 1/3rd of the total of that particular question will be deducted for the wrong answer. The topics will be covered from Mathematics, Logical Aptitude and Reasoning and General Awareness.
RRB NTPC Paper Pattern for CBT II
For CBT II as well, candidates will be given computer-based multiple choice questions. 120 questions will be divided into three sections and candidates will get 1 hour and 30 minutes to answer. One mark is awarded to each correct answer. And for every incorrect answer, 1/3rd of the total score of that question will be deducted. Those who qualify the RRB CBT I and II exams, will be qualified for the third round which is a personal interview to get shortlisted to fill in the available vacancies. While the Indian Railways take time to release the NTPC recruitment schedule, the candidates are advised to continue with their preparations.
