RRB JE Recruitment Exam 2019 Notice Is Fake! Indian Railways Yet to Announce CBT Schedule Online at rrbcdg.gov.in

RRB has confirmed that it is yet to announce the examination dates and advised the candidates not to fall prey of such rumours spread online.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is set to hire eligible candidates for 13,487 Junior Engineer (JE) posts in the department. Students are advised to note that only the application procedure has begun as of now and RRB is yet to announce the JE recruitment examination date. Hence, the latest and confirmed update for RRB JE recruitment 2019 remains that of application status. Any update related to the Junior Engineer hiring in the Indian Railways will be notified through the official website; rrbcdg.gov.in and other RRB regional sites only.

Recently, RRB JE exam 2019 date-related notice was being circulated, which is fake. According to reports, the fake notice mentions that the RRB JE first stage Computer-Based Test (CBT) would start from May 27, 2019. The fake note further suggests that the regional sites of RRB would activate the link for the mock test on May 12, 2019. No such official notice has been released. RRB has confirmed that it is yet to announce the examination dates and advised the candidates not to fall prey of such rumours spread online.

In December, 2018, RRB had released the job notification for various vacancies of Junior Engineer, DMS and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant positions. That notification itself has the tentative schedule for RRB JE CBT, as per which, the test would be conducted in April/ May, 2019. RRB will announce the examination dates soon along with the shift and city details for individual candidates.
