The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has finally announced the first stage recruitment exam date for the posts of Junior Engineer (information technology), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA). According to the official release, the Junior Engineering (JE) IT, DMS and CMA first stage computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted from May 22, 2019, onwards. It shall be noted that the RRB JE admit card 2019 will be issued four days before the commencement of the exam. For RRB JE exam 2019 candidates will be able to download the hall tickets from the official website; rrbcdg.gov.in, and other regional sites. Indian Railway RRB had announced the JE (IT), DMS, CMA recruitment in January, 2019 through the advertisement CEN 03/2018. The RRB JE exam 2019 date, city and session would be notified on the admit card.
RRB JE 2019 CBT: Important Dates
- Viewing of the exam city and date: Link will be published in RRBs official websites and candidates will be informed via their registered mobile and email id.
- Downloading of train travel authority for SC/ ST candidates: RRB will publish the link soon on all its regional websites.
- RRB JE Mock Test Link: May 12, 2019
- RRB JE 2019 Admit Card: 4 days before the commencement of first stage CBT exam.
The first-stage recruitment exam for RRB JE will be on CBT mode, the duration of which will be 90 minutes in this stipulated time. Candidates will have to solve 100 objective type multiple choice-based questions (MCQs), to qualify the RRB JE first-stage CBT. On the exam day, candidates will have to bring their original ID proof, e-call letter and passport size colour photograph.
