The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has begun their recruitment examination for Group D Level 1 posts. But due to technical glitches, the candidates were unable to download their admit cards for today’s exam, September 18. The examinees can now take a sigh of relief as the Indian Railways have rectified their site and made the e-call letter link active for September 18, 19 and 20 examinations. All the candidates can visit the official website rrbcdg.gov.in. “Too many users are connected. The candidates soon took to Twitter and other social media platforms to convey their dissatisfaction. RRB later issued a notice to inform that those who are unable to download their call letters have been sent an SMS with centre detail and an email with the link to download and print their the same. The candidates were further advised to click on the link, print the hall tickets and proceed to the exam centre with an original photo ID, passport size photo and attend the exam. Meanwhile, the Indian Railway officials have said that they will release the information regarding the exam city, date and shift of the Group D October 16 exam once their websites start to run smoothly.

“The exam date, city, schedule of the RRB Group D examinations after October 16 will release as soon as the websites are operational. At present, the websites are down due to heavy load. The CEN-02/2018 Group D Level 1 exams question paper are based on Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and General Awareness and Current Affairs. Those who successfully qualify the first stage computer-based test (CBT) will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) followed by Document verification as the final stage. The candidates must not carry any personal electronic devices such as Bluetooth, cell phones, etc. to the exam hall. They must also note that there are no arrangements to keep any of these items in the examination venue.
