The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is conducting the recruitment exam for Group D Level 1 posts at the department. As per its tradition, the board has issued the admit card for the October 19 exam on its official website; rrbcdg.gov.in and other regional websites. Further, those candidates who are yet to receive the exam schedule starting from October 29 shall note that RRB is expected to update the same this week. At present, the exam details are available only till October 26. According to the official release, the remaining candidates will get the details on October 18. For admit cards, the candidates will be able to download the same in an online mode only. The board will not send any hard copy of the call letters through the post. On submitting the login credentials, the hall tickets will be available on the computer screen for candidates to download. Apart from the call letters, it is essential for all candidates appearing for RRB Group D 2018 exam to carry a valid ID proof such as Voter Card / Aadhaar Card (in original or printout) / Driving License / Pan Card / Passport / College-University photo ID in original / ID as issued by the previous employer (only when the candidate is a Govt. employee) and one colour photograph as uploaded while filling the online application form.
On the latest update, there will be no group D exams on October 27 and 28. Again, exams have been cancelled for a few centres at RRB Kolkata and Bhubaneswar, and the fresh dates are expected to announce soon by the respective regional RRBs. The candidates must not worry, as Indian Railways will share the rescheduled exam date on its website as well as through SMS/ Email on the registered mobile number and email id.
