Rajasthan Public Service Commission Exam 2018: Internet Services to Be Suspended in Alwar, Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu & Dausa on Sunday

According to a tweet by ANI, the mobile internet services will be suspended from 9 am to 1 pm on Sunday in Alwar, Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Dausa. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday at 10 am.

Jaipur, August 4: In a bid to prevent the use of unfair means, internet services in several areas of Rajasthan will be suspended on Sunday due to Rajasthan Public Service Commission exam. According to a tweet by ANI, the mobile internet services will be suspended from 9 am to 1 pm on Sunday in Alwar, Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Dausa. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday at 10 am.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission will be conducting the 'Rajasthan State and Subordinate Combined Competitive Exam-2018' at more than 1,400 centres on Sunday. A senior police official was quoted by PTI saying that the internet services would be blocked to prevent the possible use of unfair means through the hi-tech methods. The official added that the decision to suspend the service has been taken by the divisional commissioners for the areas where this measure is required.

The official notification for RAS/RTS Exam 2018,  980 posts was released in the month of April 2018. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission will be conducting the 'Rajasthan State and Subordinate Combined Competitive Exam-2018' at more than 1,400 centres tomorrow.

According to reports, nearly five lakh candidates have applied for 1,017 government posts and the exam will be conducted from 10 am to 1 pm tomorrow. RPSC Secretary PC Berwal said the Commission has fixed a dress code too for the candidates, who would be frisked well in order to prevent the chances of cheating in the exam.

In July,  the Rajasthan government had ordered to stop internet services for two days straight at 200-plus centres across the state this includes Jaipur also to conduct cheating free and fair examinations for the selection of constables.
