The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam dates for NEET, JEE, GATE, DU and 13 other entrance exams at one go. This is the first time, that the agency has released the entrance dates for these major centralised competitive tests at a time. The notification for entrance exams for the undergraduate courses are available on the official website; nta.ac.in. In this article, find the exam pattern and important dates of JEE, CSIR UGC NET, and NEET. This is the second time that NTA is conducting these national-level entrance examinations. The organisation reportedly is expecting at least 70 lakh registrations for all the 13 tests.

  • Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Admission Test 2020: December 1, 2019

  • UGC NET December 2019: December 2, 2019

  • CSIR NET December 2019: December 15, 2019

  • JEE Main 2020: January 6, 2020

  • National Council of Hotel Management JEE 2020: April 25, 2020

NEET UG 2020: Exam Details

According to the NTA notification, the application process for the NEET 2020 exam will begin from December 2, 2019, and close on December 31, 2019. The entrance exam is a three-hour test which includes three sections: physics, chemistry and biology. Students will have to study class 11 and class 12 NCERT textbooks in respective subjects for the examination. Besides, the NEET UG Admit Card will be released on March 27, 2020, and the exam is scheduled to be held on June 4, 2020.

JEE Main 2020: Exam Details

NTA released the exam notification for JEE Main 2020, which is scheduled to be held in January and April. The entrance test is scheduled to be conducted from January 6 to 11, 2020. And the JEE Main April exam will be held between April 9 and 13. The online application process will begin from September 2, and the window will remain open till September 30. Again the admit cards for the exam will be available for candidates to download from December 6 this year.

CSIR UGC NET 2019-20: Exam Details

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) will conduct the NET exam in two sessions: December and January. As per the notification, UGC NET 2019 December exam will be held on the 15th of the same, and the second session is scheduled for June 21, 2020. The online application process for the December session will begin from September 9 to October 9, 2019.

Candidates aspired for the national entrance exams are advised to begin their preparations sooner and keep all the respective documents ready for the applications.
