Mumbai, September 7: The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test, NEET Result 2022 today, September 7 at around 11.30 pm. The NTA announced the NEET UG 2022 results for the undergraduate medical entrance examination. Candidates who appeared for the NEET UG result 2022 exam can check their results by visiting the official website of NTA NEET at neet.nta.nic.in. Alternatively, the NEET Result 2022 can also be checked on ntaresults.nic.in.
Candidates can log in with their application number and date of birth in order to check their NEET Result 2022. Besides the NEET Results 2022, the NTA is also likely to release the final answer key, which will be published in a PDF format. Steps To Check NEET Result 2022:
- Visit the official site of NTA NEET at neet.nta.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on the "NTA NEET result 2022" link
- Enter with your log-in credentials
- Click on submit
- Your "NEET UG 2022 scorecard" will be displayed on the screen.
- Take a printout for future reference
A few days ago, the NTA released the provisional answer keys for NEET 2022 and the candidates' responses while inviting feedback from the students. Generally, the NTA releases the final answer key before declaring the NEET result. Besides the NEET 2022 Result, the NTA also announced the name of all India toppers and released category-wise cut-off scores. Only those candidates who will meet the cut-off marks or score above the cut-off limit will be able to apply for medical counselling under different quotas.

It must be noted that candidates can use the NEET score in order to get admission to the central pool and state quota medical seats, central/deemed universities, and private institutions, among others. As per reports, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that there has been no proposal to merge NEET and JEE exams with CUET.
