New Delhi, August 23: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is expected to announce the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for postgraduate courses (NEET PG) 2024 in the coming days. Once released, the results will be provided in a PDF format listing the marks of all candidates who took the examination. Marking Scheme for NEET PG 2024

  1. Correct Answer: 4 marks awarded for each correct answer.
  2. Incorrect Answer: 1 mark deducted for each incorrect answer (25% negative marking policy).
  3. Unattempted Question: No marks deducted.

Tie-Breaker Criteria

  1. Higher rank given to candidates with more correct answers.
  2. If still tied, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
  3. If still tied, the candidate with a higher overall percentage in MBBS Professional Examinations (or FMG Examination percentage for foreign graduates) will be ranked higher.
