The National Education Board (NBE) released the entrance exam results for Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses 2019. All the candidates who have appeared in the exam which was conducted on December 14, can check the score online at nbe.edu.in. According to the NBE officials, this year, the cutoff score for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) in general category is 250. NEET PG MDS exam 2018 carried a total of 960 marks. All those who have appeared will have to download the same from the website. As of now, the NEET MDS results are available in a PDF file, the link of which is available on the homepage. In order to check the result, the medical aspirants must search their NEET MDS roll number by using Ctrl+F. BCECE 2019 Scrapped! What’s Next?
Now as the results are announced, NBE will next upload the scorecard of the candidates on its website for the upcoming procedures. The qualified candidates who secured the minimum cut off for 50 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats will be called for the counselling. This will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The respective state counselling committee will fill the remaining 50 per cent State Quota seats.
NEET MDS is an eligibility-cum-ranking exam which is prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various PG MDS courses under the Dentists Act, 1948. It is NBE who is responsible for conducting the NEET MDS exam and declaring the results of the same.
