NEET 2019 Round 1 Counselling: MCC Extends Registration Date, New Schedule to Be Declared Soon Online at mcc.nic.in

NEET 2019 qualified candidates must note that the exam authority announced the extension of registration facility for round 1 counselling 2019 to take admission in undergraduate medical and dental courses. New dates on the same is expected to be announced soon.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the registration and choice filling process for the Round 1 counselling process. All the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2019 qualified candidates must note that the exam authority announced the extension of registration facility for round 1 counselling 2019 to take admission in undergraduate medical and dental courses. However, a date has not yet been notified and students are advised to keep a tab with the official website, mcc.nic.in. As of now, candidates have a little more time to apply for MCC NEET 2019 UG counselling. Documents Needed to Apply for MCC NEET 2019 Counselling. 

MCC had earlier notified that the registrations for first round of counselling process would end on June 25 at 11:00 am. But with through a recent notice, it is confirmed that the MCC counselling round 1 procedure has been extended. Based on the choices and merit, the MCC seat allocation list was to be released in June 26, followed by the Round 1 counselling result, to be declared June 27, 2019. Besides, the final shortlisted candidates were given time from June 28 to July 3, 2019. Now, it appears that MCC would postpone and reset the entire schedule. The notification posted on the official homepage reads, “The New Registration and Choice Filling has been extended till further orders.”

  • NEET 2019 Admit Card
  • NEET 2019 Rank letter
  • Date of birth proof
  • Class 10th pass certificate
  • Class 12th pass certificate
  • Class 12th marks sheet
  • Eight passport-sized photographs. The photographs should be the same as the one used while applying for the examination.
  • Provisional allotment letter
  • Proof of identity
  • Reserved candidates should carry proof of same documents, issued by competent authority

MCC has not provided a reason for the extension, but is expected to declare the new dates soon. This year, through the centralised counselling conducted by MCC, a total of 4,591 MBBS seats will be offered. The second round of NEET UG counselling schedule will be made available to the candidates who did not register for the first round.
