Nagaland Board Exam Results 2018: NBSE Announced HSLC Class 10th & HSSLC Class 12th Results Today on nbsenagaland.com

The heads of registered institutions have been informed to collect the marksheets and other document from May 18 afternoon to May 21, 2018.

The Nagaland Board of Secondary Education (NBSE) declared their class 10th and class 12th results 2018 today. Students can now check their scores by visiting the official website of NBSE; nbsenagaland.com. The Nagaland Board conducted the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) class 10 exams from March 9 to March 21. On the other hand, the High Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) class 12 exams commenced from March 8 and continued till March 298. This year, a total of 36,993 students appeared for NBSE HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2018. The overall pass percentage for class 10th board exam stood at 66.01 percent. On the other hand, for class 12th arts stream 73.42 percent students passed the exam, in commerce stream 73.75 percent cleared the exam and in science stream, 84.39 percent students have been qualified for higher studies.

The board had set up various examination centres throughout the state to ensure that no unfair means were enacted by the wrongdoers and adults alike. Apart from the official website of NBSE, students can also check their class 10th and class 12th results 2018 on other third-party websites such as indiaresults.com, examresults.net, knowyourresult.com.

The total number of students appeared the exam is 21715 and the overall pass percentage stood at 66.01 percent. The total number of students clearing the exam successfully is 14335. Vivotsonuo Sorhie topped the class 10th 2018 exam with 98.33 percent followed by Sherry Jindal and Raj Paul with 97.83 percent respectively. Leishembi NG Lyting secured third position with 97.50 percent.

Nagaland Results Data for Class 12th (Arts) Exam 2018

Out of the total number of students 11339 who appeared in the exam; 8325 passed class 12th board exam in Nagaland successfully. The overall pass percentage is 73.42 percent in Arts stream. Benrithung L Jungio and Cynthia Zeuzeule earned first position scoring 91.40 percent followed by Vivedondo Seyie with 90.60 percent. Mhasulenuo Mechulho and Visakhonuo Kulnu secured third position scoring 90.40 percent each.

Nagaland Results for Class 12th (Commerce)  Exam 2018

The total number of students appeared for exam is 1360 out of which 1,003 cleared the class 12th exams. The overall pass percentage for Nagaland Board class 12th commerce is 73.75 percent. Marina Yashmin secured first position with 97.20 percent. Drishti Roy, Reha Das and Shourmista Roy shared second position with 94.40 percent. Surpriya Dey scored 93.60 percent placing herself in top third in commerce stream.

Nagaland Results Data for Class 12th (Science) Exam 2018

The total number of students appeared for class 12th exam in commerce stream is 2582. Around 2179 candidates have been qualified successfully for higher studies as the pass percentage stood at 84.39 percent. Virienuo Emilia Solo holds first position with 91.60 percent followed by Abhishek Anand scoring 91 percent and Kunal Gupta with 90.20 percent.

The results can be accessed by sending SMS as well. For class 10 students needs to type NB10<space>ROLL NUMBER to 54242 and RESULT<space>NAG10<space> ROLL NUMBER to 58888. Whereas, Class 12 candidates can check their results by typing NB12<space>ROLL NUMBER to 54242 and RESULT<space>NAG12<space>ROLL NUMBER to 58888.

Steps to check NBSE class 10th and class 12th results 2018:

1. Visit the official website of NBSE; nbsenagaland.com.

2. On the homepage click the results section.

3. You will be guided to a new page to know your results.

4. Enter your exam roll number and Date of Birth (DOB) as mentioned in your admit card. Click submit.

5. Your Nagaland Board for HSLC and HSSLC results will be displayed on the computer screen.

6. Download and take a print out of the same for future references.

It is important for students to not that the provisional Result Gazettes will be issued to all the registered institutions of the Board. The heads of registered institutions have been informed to collect the marksheets and other document from May 18 afternoon to May 21, 2018. And if the heads cannot visit, there are asked to send duly authorised persons to collect the same. Last year, the pass percentage for class 10th students stood at 70.19 percent and for class 12th 78.45 students successfully cleared the exams.
