The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) is expected to announce its class 10th and class 12th results on May 14, 2018. Once released, the students can check their MPBSE board exam scores by logging in to their official website; mpbse.nic.in. The Madhya Pradesh board candidates can also know their results from mpresults.nic.in. However, no official announcement by the board has been made yet. Students must keep a tab on with board’s website as MPBSE could declare its result date anytime soon.

This year, the MP board conducted its class 10 exam from March 5 and continued till March 31; whereas class 12 exams were held between March 1 to April 3. Nearly 20 lakh students sat for MPBSE class 10th and class 12th examination 2018. Apart from the official websites; other third-party portals such as examresults.net would also host the MP board results 2018 as MPBSE site may run slow due to huge traffic on the result date.

The Madhya Pradesh board last year declared the class 10 results on May 12 at 10:30 am, just an hour later as it announced class 12 board results. And the pass percentage for class 10 students was 49.86 percent; whereas, 67.87 percent of students successfully cleared the class 12 MPBSE exam 2017. Looking at the unsatisfactory performance in the past year, the board expects to achieve a better percentile in 2018.

MPBSE introduced several measures this year that included separate question papers, laptops and tables for differently-abled students to write their board exams. Again, in order to curb mass cheating, the board adopted stringent measures. Students were asked to take off their shoes and girls had to remove their jewellery as they made an entry to the exam hall.
